Anyone ever shell out for Big Ten network online for exhibition season? Purdue plays tonight (as do Illinois and Minny) but you can only get them on BTN.com. My question is this, do they have an archive of recent games? I'm not going to be at home during the game but want to watch it late tonight. Also, how is the video quality?

I've heard bad things about the streaming quality. I know the Illinois game will be replayed the next day I believe, I'm sure Pudues will be as well.

Why?

 

18 points, 5 assists, 4 boards, 1 steal, and 1 TO a game just doesn't do it for some people.

 

However, without a clear #2 scorer, it'll be interesting to see if he comes down some this year. Then again, it's a Bo Ryan team, so either the ball control offense will get him some opportunities, or someone will step up.

Yeah, sorry it was posted as fact on the Purdue Rivals board but it looks like its from Telep. There are going to be some great big men in the B1G over the next few years.

Illinois sophomore guard Crandall Head has been suspended for four games after violating a team rule, an Illinois spokesperson said on Tuesday.

 

Head will sit out two exhibition games, including Tuesday's game against Wayne State, and two regular-season games against Loyola and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.

 

Head was expected to be in Illinois coach Bruce Weber's rotation of guards this season. Head averaged 1.4 points in 17 games as a freshman.

I've never understood the suspensions for exhibition games. Every school does it, but it's not even almost a punishment.
