Ok, so I'll go along with that being an interception, but he was clearly down by contact inside the 5 yard line. How could they possibly review the play and leave the ball at the 10? I completely agree. I'm just looking at the one individual play and wondering what the point of replay is if the referee overlooks such an obvious incidence of the player being down by contact.
