Carolina's utter sham of a QB 'competition' ended with Newton being named the starter. Newton was 24/57 or something like that in the preseason. It's going to be a very, very long year. But hey, at least we can't draft a good QB if this season is a train wreck since we already pissed away two high picks on them in two years.
