Lions give up a 3rd and 4th rounder and swap places with Seattle in the 5th and 7th for Leshoure.

Interesting, though I'm not sure I like Leshoure that much.

LeShoure isn't the kind of guy who'll make anyone say "wow" but he catches the ball very well, runs hard and makes good cuts, and though i'm no expert on this, I would certainly call him a willing blocker.... I would have loved to have him on the Bears to back up Forte and be the guy around the goal line... not a huge guy but someone I think would find a way to get in the end zone

I like Leshoure, but I wouldn't give up that much unless I thought I was getting a premiere tailback who can make a huge impact. I don't think that RB exists in this draft be it Ingram or Leshoure.

true, hadn't considered what they gave up

That was the key to my comment. Taking Leshoure was a really good idea, giving up a 3rd and 4th and swapping spots in the 5th and 7th to get him wasn't.

Keep in mind, they swapped up in the 5th and 7th.

I was hoping Cobb would stick around until the Titans' 3rd rounder, he'd have fit really nicely into the receiving/return game for them.

Green Bay needs to put a wildcat package into place because Cobb can throw the ball a little bit too.

I'm just thankful that the Giants took Austin. The Bears would've had a scary good first two rounds if Austin fell past New York.

Catching up on this thread after work so I'm sorry for bumping up stuff from the previous page.

I actually prefer Paea to Austin.

Well you can never have too many good linemen but the Bears need to find a WR who can run a route correctly and isn't a midget.

I really like Paea and think he's a great fit and meets a need but I wouldn't have complained about Hankerson or Little. Hopefully they address WR in free agency because I'm not a fan of what's left out there.

Soccer10k, if you're in need of an interior lineman, that's a good pick.

Well that's good news. They needed pretty much everything on the O-line.

Who is out there in free agency as far as receivers go? They need size obviously. I like Owens, but no one else does.

I like Hankerson a lot. Don't know if he'll last until the next Bears' pick, but he's a big, long receiver who would mix in well with the short, speedy guys the Bears have. Can't catch, though, and that's a problem.
