how can they saw forward progress was not stopped? Haynesworth grabbed him and there's no way Cutler was moving forward at all

 

and replay shows that the ball crossed the line

I'm trying to remember wasn't there another game recently where a big play was negated by a delay of game penalty? I want to say it was either a MNF or SNF game late in the game.
