oh god, i can't imagine how [expletive] awful it must be to be a Packers fan

Yes, I have no right to be upset (as a Packers fan) about a close loss because the Lions suck. That's some sound logic.

you get to watch a perennial powerhouse and you're throwing an embarrassing temper tantrum because they're only 3-3 right now, think about it

Ok. Why don't you cry about bears fans in the Bears thread? Why single me out. Especially when I'm getting upset about a close loss, which fans of teams do, quite often.

3 losses on three game-winning field goals. I think we're allowed to feel like [expletive] after that.

This season is a carbon copy of the 2008 season. We're in every game but we shoot ourselves in the foot with either costly penalties on offense, or braindead penalties on defense. We're a little more banged up this year compared to 2008, but we had our fair share of injuries that season as well. Watch us outscore opponents again this year and finish 6-10, somehow. If that happens twice in three years, surely something has to be done to the head coach, right?

Oh and lol at the Packers being a perennial powerhouse. A team that has two playoff wins in 13 years is a powerhouse?

Compared to the Lions, yeah.

Fair enough but that doesn't mean we're actually a powerhouse.

monster game for kolb, his second straight game with a rating over 100

so will the eagles stick with their "we're going to stick with the hot hand" stance with kolb like they did with vick? if i was kolb i'd be pretty pissed if vick gets his job back after he continues to play at an extremely high level.

Of course we have to see Tebow's first TD while Brennaman is doing the game.

let me guess, he talked about how he spent time with him a few years ago and how he is just such a great kid?

No...it was weird, it was just a bunch of sloshing sounds with the barely audible sound of a man panting in the background.

Must have been having mic problems or something.

He actually did use the phrase "great kid."

I'm getting sick of these excessive celebration penalties.

I'm sick of all of the penalties in general. I like what Roy Williams has been doing though.

I agree. But those two penalties, the one from this week and last week, seem rather ticky tacky.

Offense looking a little better, but I'm nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

he uses the exact same phrasing every time. i've literally heard it 4-5 times over the past couple years, and it's never during a telecast that tim tebow is actually involved in

he can't announce a game that tim tebow is actually playing in because of the restraining order

I liked after his 2nd Roy was waving off Hurd to go to the sideline.
