Yeah, he was benched, then came back and got hurt and missed more time.

 

I thought it all happened at the same time. The season was basically background distraction at that point.

 

I think it was either the immediate next game after returning or very shortly thereafter.

The only thing I worry about with Quade is the Koyie Hill thing. I don't want him platooning with Geo. If Quade is going to give Geo 80 percent of the starts I am fine with him.

Yeah; playing Hill over Soto was Lou's problem earlier in the season. Quade's problem was playing Hill over Castillo.

I liked watching Q's Cubs which was a departure from Lou's 2010 Cubs. Quade has my vote as manager.
