Blackhawks 2010-2011 season

I feel like I said this a lot last season but haven't much this year -- this has been a great road game. Really locking things down in the defensive zone, and enough offense to get it done. And Crawford has played very well when needed.

by the way, crawford isnt getting enough credit for how good he's been this season. a 2.11 GAA and .924 save percentage playing behind some questionable defense? i know those 2 stats don't tell you a ton, but still. they tell you he's been pretty good.

 

to be honest, i haven't watched many games this season so i don't have a lot to go on.... could he be a long term solution? in other words, is he just on a niemi-like streak right now, or does he look legit?

Alright 2-0 Hawks! A regulation win would be HUGE. A reg. Win would put the Hawks in a 4 way tie for 6th 7th 8th and 9th place with the Hawks having a game in hand over Nashville and tied in games with Minnesota and Dallas. Also need an Anaheim and Calgary loss for an ideal night.

We've outshot them 38-27 and yet we're going to OT. I get the feeling that the Hawks are a really unlucky team this year.
