Thank you, NBC for choosing 5 hours of diving over any minutes of basketball. You must've been reading my mind.

You do know that basketball is on its own separate channel, right?

Yeah, they didn't show any soccer on NBC either. Both were shown on MSNBC or CNBC I believe.

Yeah, I can't be bothered to search channel listings for this stuff though. I think many follow the same suit. Sorry, but if it isn't on the flagship channel, it doesn't exist.

Whoops. Got rid of ESPN so I guess that explains that.

There was like 3 stations showing the olympics. Whenever I felt like watching the olympics, I flipped through those 3 to see what was on. It wasn't much of a bother.

That is a ridiculously silly thing to say in 2012.

Not really. I'm not flipping channels for the Olympics. I'll look at it if it's on but I'm not hunting around for it. I don't care enough about it.

I feel like I saw everything I wanted to see on the main channel, between live & replays. The rest of the time I was doing other things.

My favorite athletes of this Olympics:

Missy Franklin, Allyson Felix, All the USA Gymnastics Girls, Kerri and Misty, Bolt.

Who knows if Bolt is clean or not, but I love watching that dude run.

It seemed like there was a lot of team handball on the main channel the last few days.

I'm not sure if it was by design but it seemed like most of the things I wanted to watch were on VS. aka NBC sports.

Bolt is lord.

So is his chemist

1) Who the F says "chemist?" Are you a Brit?

2) I hate this attitude. Wouldn't you rather be proven wrong about actual PED use than right? This is relentlessly negative and frankly, disrespectful.

come on, this is sprinting we're talking about. usain bolt just ran much much faster than any human has ever run, in a sport as spotless as sprinting? i would say it's not ridiculous to be skeptical at all.

i can't wait until lance armstrong and usain bolt go down in flames. they are dicks of the highest order, and, imo, cheaters. they may be their sports most disrespectful asses, come to think of it.

It's track and field, of course he's on something. Him and every other person with a chance of winning a medal. No PED in the world is going to make him take 3 fewer strides to cover the same distance as everyone else though. He's 4-6 inches taller than his main competition, that's more advantage than taking slightly better drugs would ever be.

I think it is incredibly naive to assume any of these track guys are 100% clean.
