Yeah, that happened to my dad the other day when he was doing holiday shopping. He was not happy and was worried he got screwed.

I just bought a bunch of jerseys (Christmas presents) from the site I posted. I hope I don't get effed on the deal.

The jerseys arrived. Well, most of them did. The 2 Mitchell & Ness throwbacks I ordered didn't show up. The company said they were out of stock and will give me a refund for those. The ones that showed up looked perfect. The Urlacher jersey has the captain patch and all of the jerseys have the NFL equipment patch on the neck & banded sleeves, too. They even have the authentic Reebook tags on them with the hologram.

Bumping an old thread here. I'm looking to purchase a Castro jersey but looking at yuki and tarajersey no such luck. Is there a way to get his jersey from one of these cheap websites?

Like I said, the NFL jerseys are legit. The throwback jerseys (1 NFL and 1 MLB) didn't show up, but I did get a full refund on those. Hopefully the other sports are as good as the NFL ones I got.

We just got our Blackhawks jersey's on Monday from tarajerseys, ordered about a month ago or so. Quality appears to be great. Fits alright but I should have ordered up a size for a hockey jersey.

Yeah I ran across that sale the other day and thought about grabbing the authentic BP jersey. If you get it personalized - a 13 on the back in this case, its $60 w/ free shipping as well. Seems like it would be a lot more comfortable than a replica jersey. I might bite today(sale ends today) since I'll be at Wrigley for opening day weekend.

Ok, here's my report on the Hawks jerseys:

 

First of all, they came in 8 days (sent payment on 3/9, arrived to post office on 3/17), so that was nice. They definitely came from China, but the packaging wasn't damaged or anything like that.

 

The jerseys themselves are pretty good. The material is pretty heavy, like a normal jersey. The logos (chest and shoulder) are legit and in the correct place. The striping is perfect, although the bottom of the jersey is old school straight across instead of the curved "dip" that they have now. Personally, I like that better, but it isn't truly correct.

 

I am 5'11" 190lbs and ordered a Large (50). The length is perfect, but the sleeve underarm area is really big, which is typical for a hockey jersey. One of the jerseys is a bit longer than the other, but not really noticeably so.

 

The numbering on both the sleeves and back are perfect (correct outlines and placement, correct font). The reebok logo on the back top is fine, but there is not a reebok logo on the sleeves (an upgrade in my opinion, but, again, not consistent with an authentic).

 

Now onto the slight negatives:

 

The lettering, while the correct font, appears to be slightly thicker than the authentic/premier. Not too noticeable, but if you really pay attention, it is a bit thicker.

 

The Stanley Cup champions patch is slightly grainy. This could be normal because there is so much detail in such a small patch, but it does appear to be a bit grainy. Again, not something that you would notice off hand, but if you really give it a good look, it could be slightly annoying.

 

Overall, though, it is definitely something I would recommend. For 2 jerseys of high quality, I paid $110 total (including shipping, shipping "insurance"--probably not enforceable, and handling). Considering that is less than the cost of 1 Premier jersey (and 1/4 the cost of 1 Authentic), I think that's a good deal. If I ever buy another jersey, I'll probably go this route.

 

This product appears to be much better than ordering one of those terrible jerseys with the incorrect font and/or non-outlined lettering that also lack sleeve patches, etc...

Glad to hear you had such a great experience. I think I will have to try them out the next time I need a jersey.

 

Fortunately, I loaded up with the modells sale. While I didnt get 2 hawks jerseys for 110, i got 1 for 89.99 so that's not all that bad.

A bunch of my coworkers ordered jerseys the day AFTER the NFL championship games (2 weeks before Superbowl) from jersey101/tarajersey.com.

 

They ordered something like 15-18 jerseys. The first box of them 4-5 jerseys came in in about 10-12 days, I think the Thursday before the SB. The 2nd box got stopped at US Customs. So, the person who ordered them contacted the company and PayPal. PayPal gave her the money back for the jerseys they didn't receive. But in the meantime the guy in China apologized and sent a 2nd shipment of jerseys, not knowing that the payment was already being refunded, and that a few of the jerseys were already received.

 

The 2nd shipment was not received until March 15th. But on St. Patty's Day, the 1st shipment was released from customs. 3 of the jerseys were severely damaged on the 1st shipment, but everything was fine on the 2nd. So, tarajersey refunded them again for the 3 damaged jerseys, but did charge them for the rest of the 2nd shipment.

 

So, basically in the end, the transaction took about 2 months, but the people here got double their order and only ended up paying for about 6-8 of them.
