Bush is 2-9 with a 5.60 ERA in 17 starts versus the Cubs. He allowed nine runs - four homers - in 3 2/3 innings of a 12-2 loss at Miller Park in his last start against the Cubs on April 25. He is 0-5 with a 6.23 ERA in eight starts since his last win at Pittsburgh on April 20.

I like the idea of Ramirez refusing to practice. These guys play every day, and travel when they aren't playing. They take BP before games and throw the ball around a little. What sort of practice is Ramirez refusing to partake in?
