If he spurns them, then suddenly we're looking at the most disastrous decade in the history of New York sports -- first the Layden Era, then the Isiah Era, then Walsh spending two years gutting the team so he could spend $100 million on a guy with a bad knee and a bad eye who hasn't played defense in six years. Do you realize the Knicks will have given away top-10 lottery picks in 2004, '06, '07, '09, '10 and, potentially, '11 and '12 without making the playoffs or landing one superstar? How is that even possible?

Well, that's really disappointing. I can't put my finger on exactly why this seems like the worst possible choice, something about the whole gaming of the cap to add him, me not really liking Miami or Wade, and the whole overblown hoopla of it just leave a bad taste in my mouth. Welp, good thing I don't invest a lot into the NBA to begin with. Wonder where the Cavs go from here, maybe they can pull off the deal for Paul.

That is one of two silver linings I take out of this (the other being Rose/Noah/Boozer). Problem is the later it gets for Anthony and his extension the more the rumors of Anthony to NY get heated.

Been on Miami a few years. That is one of the people Dwyane has been playing with.

Those people are dumb. Pippen was an MVP candidate in the years Jordan was gone with a #2 option of Toni Kukoc or a decrepit Ron Harper. Pippen's a miserable prick, but the willingness of Bulls fans to throw him under the bus to benefit THEIR MICHAEL!!! is sad.

Reading is fundamental. That was after Pippen had already played with Jordan and been molded into a great player.
