I'm pretty sure the Pens will steamroll the rest of the East at this point. I'm just saying, who is the "weakest" team left in the West? San Jose, perhaps? I might take the Pens over SJ, but by that point SJ will have beaten Detroit and Chi/Van, and finished with the second best record in the NHL. Detroit is finally healthy, Vancouver and Chicago have both been fantastic all year too.

I have Pens in 5, Bruins in 7, Wings in 6, and I don't think I can comment on the other series other than I think it will go 7.

i'd be fine with doughty (i think he probably deserves it actually, sorry dunc), but mike green better not win it.

honestly I dont think the refs saw either play and just called penalties on the reaction of San Jose players

well there isn't much disputing it, Setoguchi started flailing like six seconds after a stick got near him

the Wings PP sucked and that is why they lost....but that 5 on 3 goal that was the Sharks 4th goal was a hard pill to swallow. Then every time that they showed Franzen the rest of the game with stitches on his face just made that pill even harder to swallow

 

San Jose fans on their boards claiming they won in spite of the refs and the obvious NHL conspiracy to have the Wings in the finals just about takes the cake

message board fans are insufferable almost by default. just look at this place. we're all terrible cub fans.

 

hf is a cesspool. i can barely even go there any more and there's like nowhere else to talk hockey with a large community like that. not sure if that's where you went, but i can't imagine any group of fans being any better elsewhere.

I know, and I have gotten used to the whole Wings conspiracy thing. Just frustrated by how the Wings lost tonight. I rarely even complain about officiating except to say it is inconsistent.
