Louisville being worse than Cal is not a stretch of the imagination. Louisville beat Syracuse twice and wasn't a tournament team the remainder of the year.

Hey, maybe the Pac-10 isn't that bad after all!

I can't remember a league that was as 'good' as the Big East supposedly was this season and then crapping the bed in the tournament like this. Louisville looks like one of the worst teams that I've seen over the last two days.

I no longer wonder what it's like to be a Big Ten football fan. Can't be fun to see a league you've thought is good all year get their doors blown off in a one-game-per-team sample size, which immediately erases any good credibility.

Louisville just plain sucks. I didn't see hardly any of them this year and I should've known better. Then again, I also should've known better than to bet on ND, who consistently gags on their own spit as soon as they're playing to move over the line from 'mediocre' to 'good'.

How old is the bald guy on Ohio state? I love bald college players

Lauderdale?

Ohio State loves those college players that look like they're about 47 years old.

Yeah, even his name says he should be retired in Florida.

You can't seriously believe that there has been Big Ten football hype anywhere near the Big East's from this year.

I have paid little attention to the hype, so I really couldn't care less what any of the media types think of the league.

i wasn't aware of that, nice to know

The Illinois High School Basketball Championship was the first tournament to be called 'March Madness'. The term was first used about the Illinois tournament in 1939, decades before it was used about NCAA basketball tournament.

louiville w/ like 9 unanswered points now...

Sh. Shut up. The game is over. Cal's basically already in the 2nd round. Pitino may as well head home.

Considering people already had the Duke-Louisville game penciled in on Wednesday, I think it's fine for people to point out Cal had a chance.

That's not what I'm going for with that post.

Jorge Sosa just picked up his 3rd on a bang-bang charge call.
