im actually excited for reed and morningstar to graduate. seems those two always kill mizzou.

It's really sad that two dopey white kids who will be riding tractors this time next season are such killers.

Do we know for sure that Monringstar will be gone? He's only a few months older than Chris Paul.

Kansas bigs and scrubs are shooting 90% from three, that pretty much tells the story.

Not even close... Morris should have been ejected. KU is unstoppable at home... look at what they have done on the road. Not knocking them, they're really good, but outside of AFH, they are not this good. As of right now, I'll put Dook and OSU over KU. They are definitely a top 5 team though.

when they play like this, theyre better than they were last year or the year they won the national championship. this is ridiculous.

They only play like this at home..... On the road, they are a different team.

we're undefeated on the road. Our average margin of victory in conference road games is 14 pts. Our average margin of victory against major conference opponents on the road is 13 points. We're worse on the road. Everyone is. But I think you're overstating how much of our success is driven by home games.

i dont like the upsets, but i'd rather be in the position to be upset than be on the outside looking in.

i think you've inferred that we've slighted your program, which we haven't. this season sucks enough for the illini, and believe me, i know that they have failed miserably and i'll get to watch my team in the NIT or worse again this post-season. no need to kick us while we're down.

perhaps a better way to have stated it would have been this:

Since 2002, we've had three embarrassing tourney losses. (UNI, Bucknell, Bradley). We've also had three Final Fours, two championship games, and one title.

Both of those things are the product of high seeding, so those miserable losses are worth it.

I suppose that's just a long-winded way of restating what you already said, so maybe I'll shut up.

lol, exactly.

Just like everyone else in college basketball.

i think it's kind of funny that our lone loss and three of our closest wins (by one vs UCLA, by two vs USC, by three vs Nebraska) were home games, but tadow has us pegged as a mediocre road team who's just riding that home crowd to big wins.

I concur with Gabe DeArmond, who said there's no team in the country that would've beat Kansas last night. That was a devastating second half. As much as I hate them, that's just a great team.

If Missouri had played like that in Stillwater, they win by 15.

ugh. when will kansas finally have a [expletive] rebuilding year like EVERY OTHER TEAM in college basketball.

They aren't going to. They have a great coach and a nasty homecourt advantage. Barring the IRS and FBI nailing them I don't see their roll slowing for a long time. :banghead:

KU currently has 1 commit for next year(a 4 star PG), and could quite easily lose 140+ min/game of production, leaving Taylor and Robinson as their best players. They won't suck either way, but if Selby and the Morii go pro, they aren't going to be competing for a 1 seed.

They'll get plenty of commits before the signing period.

Definitely. But unless they come out with something like Wall/Cousins/Bledsoe, they won't be able to adequately replace 6 of their top 8 guys.

We'll have bad years just like everyone else. We had them in the late 90s when ISU was rolling us. We were a six seed in '99 and an 8 seed in 2000.

This year's class looks like ass so far, but there's a good chance we grab 5* SF Deandre Daniels. We're also still in the mix for 5* Ben McLemore and 4* C/PF Angelo Chol. If we can grab 2/3 of those guys, we'll be ok.
