The CEO for Waste Management grew up in the construction industry so he wasn't scared of hard work but he said he got a greater appreciation of what each person did and his style of management will change. He actually got fired once by one of his sub-manager because he was too slow. He also saw a lady doing the work of six and later he promoted her and encouraged her to go into sales because she was so good with people.
