Nah, I figured it out before then. Barely.

Well, that ought to cover at least average expectations for the team. They could very well lose 2 to Finland/Sweden/Canada/Russia, but they at least made the semis and put themselves in position to get a medal, which was unexpected, being the 5th ranked team going in. Finland/Czech in the semis is going to also be a best-case scenario.

...kane was pretty bad in this game. probably the worst US forward. aside from him and maybe stastny, everyone played pretty well. hiller was an animal.

Kane being invisible against better opponents....hhmmm. He was actually visible twice to me. Getting knocked off the puck and instead of going into the corner to win it back, he lifted his arms up and whined at the ref giving the Swiss and easy out of the zone
