Without draft picks the only way the Bears can make affect big change in a hurry is to bring in a new coaching staff.

 

the staff is fine except for turner. the defnsive scheme is fine, it may need some tweaking, but bringing in an all new staff would be going overboard.

 

You really like the cover-2?

 

I'm not a fan of it but I at least wish the staff would adapt to changing personnel rather than plugging away with the cover-2.
