Hawks have scored 4 goals in the first 9:25 of the game and lead 4-1!

 

The Hawks just dominated the Blues offensively while shorthanded and scored. They just had 2-3 great chances while shorthanded and controlled the puck in the zone for quite awhile before finally scoring.

The Blues got to Chicago around yesterday afternoon and had all night to do whatever, watch the game, get a bite to eat, etc. Meanwhile, the Hawks had to play in Dallas last night, fly back to Chicago and play tonight. And its the Hawks that come out to a 3 goal lead early.

i was hoping they were past the "we're got a big lead, so we're going to stop playing" stuff. that 3rd period was disgusting

 

oh well, brush it off and keep the momentum going. a 7 game winning streak to end the season and get the 1 seed would be big.
