i was really pinning my "beat usc" hopes on Cal, so this game is disconcerting.

 

Also, maybe this has been covered, but what is up with UW being a trendy pick over USC today? I've heard at least 10 people on different TV and radio shows say it. WASHINGTON DIDNT WIN A GAME LAST YEAR.

The easiest prediction of the week is a team that lost to a MAC team last week beating a team that's rolled up nearly 1,000 yards of offense in two games? At their place?

 

If it weren't for this ridiculous streak, which can almost completely be blamed on Davie and Willingham (the only good ND team MSU has beaten in this streak was 2005), no one would be giving Michigan State a chance.

Not to let Corp off the hook, because that was a bad throw, but it was probably an even worse play call. It's 2nd and 2 and your team has run for 195 yards already in the game against 104 passing yards. Why the hell is USC throwing in that situation?
