I won't be surprised at all if Hendry goes after Dan Uggla. The Marlins have Cris Cophlan ready to take over at 2nd and the team seemed to back up Hanley when Uggla called him out. That fills the hole at 2nd and gives Lou his "#5 hitter" He is a righty, though....

 

I would like Uggla, but I seem to remember the Marlins were asking for quite a bit for him. Those demands might drop, but I wouldn't give up a ton for him.

 

He'll slug very well (for a second baseman), get on base at a decent enough clip and play only below average defense. He might be too expensive, though, at nearly $6 million.
