You know it's a bad week for college football when ND-Michigan might arguably be the second best game of the weekend.

 

I think Tennessee/UCLA could be competitive for that title as well. But yeah, those matchups should not be 2-3 in biggest games of the weekend.

 

Houston at Oklahoma State.

 

That'll be a really good game (has similar upset potential to OU/BYU), but I don't think it has the national draw that UT/UCLA or ND/Michigan have. It's one of the top games this weekend though.

that's NCAA rules. jake locker got a penalty for jumping up and chest bumping one of his receivers after scoring a TD a couple of years. they're strict about taunting; the shoosh signal is clearly taunting the other team's fans and throwing the flag there is very much consistent with the way the NCAA has flagged celebrations for years.
