The ineptitude continues. Just when I start to tell myself they can claw their way up the wild card ladder, they go ahead and prove they dont belong in the post season. Youd think a team with a gauntlet of Bradley-Lee-Ramirez-Fukudome-Soriano and the rotation we have wouldnt be struggling to stay above .500, but thats whats going on.

You would think a homestand against the worst team in baseball, a AAA team, a team going 1-6 in their last 7 and a game against the team that is continually getting pounded would be just what the doctor ordered, but they are UNDER .500 so far. I dislike this team more than any other Cubs team ever.

It was over a while ago, man.

 

Just kinda nice to watch the games and not have to get ticked off when they suck. Now that the season is pretty much over, tomorrow I'll get to watch the kids and count the days to Opening Day 2010 where I start the whole deal over again.
