I love how Fred just sort of frolics through the game thread. He doesn't really acknowledge anyone. He's content just hanging with his stats. :)

So sad how this stuff that happened 40 years ago is dominating the broadcast

 

It's like torture watching this, but I can't think of anything I'd rather do right now

I really just wish this season would end. What a nightmare. This is the biggest Cub season I can remember. Everything that could go wrong, did.

I really just wish this season would end. What a nightmare. This is the biggest Cub season I can remember. Everything that could go wrong, did.

 

The Rockies gave us a shot to get back in it this week, but we really haven't seized it. They really needed to take 5 of the 6 against NY and WAS. When a team that's struggling like Houston comes in you need to sweep.

 

I hate the Cubs offense. I can't think of anything else that I have been more disappointed in than the 2009 Cubs offense.

Watching the offense this season has sort of been like watching the offense the past two playoffs. You expected so much more from them, but they just continue to hack away and not play up to par.
