The Cubs do promotions. I don't recall a big ticket discount promotion though. They give away enough free stuff.

It was a good deal and many people jumped on it. In the future I just don't see anyway the Brewers could ever sell out 41 games without deals like this. They are already stretching their population pretty good if you compare them to the bigger cities.

There really only are a few teams that are able to sell out most of their games on a consistent basis.

At least they are able to draw fans when the team has decent talent. Not every city can even do that much. Including some much larger cities.
