why does ludwick have a scabby right eye?

He tripped over his bag in the middle of the night and did a face plant. He also apparently has a huge rug burn on his back from the same incident. Heard that on one of the morning sports radio shows down here. Actually a rather humorous story.

seriously???

that is freaking awesome...was he loaded?

He was chilling with Pawelek.

I'm thinking there's like a 5% chance that's the real story, though.

Don't know. It happened after one of the games in Cincinatti. But I would say it's a distinct possibility. The next morning the first thing he did was call his wife to tell her what happened so she wouldn't get suspicious.

most likely, with mustache securely in tow, he challenged a local barman to a draw

i am thinking the local barman's fists won the high after midnight duel

Seriously, how did the wrist problems/ warning track power just dissappear? Now he's hitting them oppo and just cranking it?

His bat just looks SO much quicker than it did in April/early May. He's able to turn on inside pitches he wasn't catching up to earlier and driving the ball to right often enough.

God we have some idiot fans booing Soriano when he actually drove an outside pitch pretty hard opposite field.

i am probably completely wrong on this, but i think lee is finally just letting it go and trusting his wrist again

He says it was caused by luggage. But his wife probably smacked him. As far as the pornstache's go...the bullpen started it and it kinda caught on.
