We've had a lot of interesting times rooting for heart attack inducing closers in the past...but rooting for Gregg is about the worst thing I've ever done. You know he's going to throw at least a couple of meatballs in each appearance, and he's gonna be horribly wild to at least 1-2 batters, you just have to basically brace and hope the hitter screws up on the meatballs, and the hitters become undisciplined on the wild abs.

 

Seriously, you have to root for the other team to screw up, not for our guy to get outs.
