Thats 3 fake rallies in the last 4 inning of play for the Cubs. sad, sad, sad. Andres Blanco is making me really, really miss Aaron Miles. I dont think Ive ever grown to hate a Cubs player this much in this short period of time before.

I really like Ted Lilly vs. The Dodgers, as hes a fly ball guy, and the Dodgers arent much of a power team, but if we cant put any runs on the board, it wont matter.

with the trouble we've had scoring runs i wouldn't mind a suicide here

By who? All of them?

I guess my thinking was to be unconventional. Odds are that we will get nothing out of the bottom third of our order today, so why not try to catch the defense completely off guard?

I wonder if we would look this absolutely pathetic with Aramis. I know he's just one player, but it just seems like that would help a lot more than numbers can define.

As completely ridiculous as that was, no one that has watched Cubs games this year could have been even a little surprised.

What exactly has he brought to the table these past three games? just one hit. I wonder how much longer we give him

having experienced both the kind of team that scores at will and can't stop the opposition vs. a team that doesn't score runs but doesn't allow the other team to score much

it is much much much more painful to be the latter

I'm thinking not much longer for Blanco. I loved the boos at the end of that inning. Edited by rynefan
