turner should not be invited back, nor should babich. i'm not really sure what lovie does, so i can't judge how he's doing.

 

He was instrumental in retaining/promoting the two. He's refused to step in to have more of a say in the defensive play calling--he should be fired as well.

That's because Lovie is in charge of challenges.

It's been obvious since year one that lovie was exceptionally bad at predicting what was worth challenging. It's so frustrating to know that there's a coaching job in football that you know could do better than a head coach of a team

Bears had their chances. Turnover on the GB side of the field. Kickoff return to get the ball at the GB 28. Kickoff out of bounds, get the ball at the 40. Playcalling needs to get more aggressive. Get the ball to Forte vs. a LB. Get the ball to Olsen vs. whoever. Hester is open on the curl all day because of the fear of the deep ball. Bears are not taking advantage of the matchups they have.

personally, i think lovie should have to coach the defense.

 

we should replace turner with someone whose offensive playbook includes more than 2 reads per play for the qbs. orton's not good, but he's not going to get any better if you continually put him in this safety bubble.

Me for getting excited about the possibility of a mediocre team making the playoffs or the Bears for not showing up when it counts (again)?

 

GB is dominating both sides of the line as well their WRs are creating space.

they don't have the guns to do it. if you can't get pressure on the qbs, you should at least have some space fillers up front that keep the guards off of the linebackers.

The Bears showed nothing in the that 1st half that would say that they have a chance in the 2nd half.

Sure they are, look at Bears DBs falling all over the field, instead of running straight line routes like the Bears WRs, they are actually cutting to get open.
