Why does MSU jump Ball State for beating Purdue when the team BSU beat (NIU) would probably destroy them?

Lather, rinse, repeat for Florida State.

Because Ball State doesn't pass the Meph-test.

And tonight cemented my hatred for Ron Prince, I hope he never gets a job again. Two consecutive trips to Columbia he has needlessly extended the game in miserable weather after both teams had conceded the outcome. Mizzou had just run the ball on 4th and 12 from the KSU 13 with their third string QB in. KSU had a long run for a TD(which of course is fine), then did a surprise onside kick(lame) and called timeout when they got inside the red zone with 30 seconds left down 24 points with their backup QB in. May you die a thousand deaths for this lunacy, you eggheaded imbecile.

at least we made up for it by throwing a bomb with chase patton after all this garbage happened. pinkel out-douching ron prince.

a win @ isu next week + texas' slaughter over KU basically makes my KU-Mizzou ticket two days after thanksgiving worthless.

I'm pretty sure that CMU is going to beat BSU, so it will be a moot problem at the end of the season.

Eh, I don't think NIU beats Purdue, much less destroys them. Tennesee lost to Wyoming and Minnesota lost at home to Michigan. NIU lost to those two teams by a couple of points. Those look like pretty bad losses now for the Huskies. I don't think they'd beat Purdue.

For what it's worth, yesterday in the loss to Wyoming, the UT players had already given up. It was pretty clear that Fulmer is out so the players are out too.

Thus, we're better than we played yesterday and played that way against NIU. It's not a bad loss for NIU.

Weird. The AP and Coaches Polls have the exact same 25 teams. Different permutations, obviously. I can't remember the last time they had the exact same 25 members though.

I wonder if College Gameday will be heading out to Gainesville for the second time this season. There's not another top twenty-five game on the schedule. Obviously, they will be returning for that marquee matchup the next weekend vs The Citadel, as that figures to be a much better matchup than a little football game taking place in Norman.

I could see them heading to Lawrence this week though.

Crabtree is worlds better than Dez Bryant. You could arguably leave Bryant off a list of the Top 5 receivers in the Big 12.

Really? I've seen them both twice this year and came away liking Bryant better. Crabtree uses his physical tools better but also has a better QB. The only other guy who should be in the argument is Maclin, imo. But man, you're right about one thing - the Big XII is loaded with receivers.

Oklahoma State doesn't have any other go to receivers other than Bryant. Defenses can make one WR irrelevant if the other ones aren't too good. You can't do that with TTU's talented receiving corps. I'd go Crabtree, Maclin and Bryant 1-3 in the Big XII.

Some pretty damn good TE's too.
