 USC and Cal are tied at 3 in the middle of the second.

I'm sure it won't last, but that would be a good upset.

Trojans up 10 - 3 and outgaining them by a 3 - 1 margin. It's only a matter of time before the onslaught begins.

Perhaps, but I can hope.

Happy Birthday to Bobby Bowden - a nice win over Clemson (in spite of playing defense like a bunch of women during the 1st half), and a loss by JoePa and the Nittany Lions.

Makes me happy. Now if I can just stop losing money on the games, all will be well.

Casey Dick is 16 for 26 with 217 yards and 2 touchdowns!!!!!

and 3 picks, which are the primary reason the Hogs are down 27-14 in the fourth.

Is Mallett going to start next season?

Almost certainly. They applied to get him eligible this year. Pretty sure they wouldn't do that if he was going hold a clipboard. As I've said many times, as our plethora of freshman/softmore recievers take turns having good games...can you imagine this offense with a good passing quarterback?

I wonder how good Michigan would have been this year with Mallet playing. Yeah, they wouldn't have been great, but they at least would have beaten Purdue.

While we're playing the what-if game, Mallett never would have been at Michigan in the first place had Arkansas not had Mustain at the time he came was being recruited.

Well Tim Tebow's night is done. It's not even the fourth quarter. That's four games in a row his night has been over before the fourth. Florida has had one drive where they didn't score a touchdown....a drive where they "allegedly" fumbled it inside the one yard line. Video evidence shows the fumble occurred cross the line (ie it was a touchdown).

Five total TDs, 12/17 passing. 87 yards rushing

Did anyone see whats happened at the end of the Cincy WVU game?

Cincy was up 20-7 with 1:19 left. WVU gets a safety on a blocked punt, 20-9. They then drive the ball 62 yards for a touchdown. They make the two point conversion to make it 20-17 with 0:23 left. They get an onside kick. They make a 31 yard pass with :17 left. Finally, they kick a 51 yard field goal to tie the game as time expires.

Nuts.

Geez, USC is trying to their best to let Cal tie this game again and Berkeley just won't have it.

Wow that was awesome. Guys that pass interference will always be called in that situation. You can argue about his right to the ball but anytime a defender makes that kind of contact that early before the ball arrives, you get a flag. Now the non-grounding you have a case. I thought the roughing the kicker call could have at least been running into the kicker.

This was such a huge win for the state of the program. It will still be a "what could have been" season with the 4 losses by 12 points and all the chances they had, but it might be bigger than had we won two of them and lost today.

Oh yeah and Greene over 100 for the 10th straight game.

2 good games and he can pass Banks for #1 all-time. I think he's just over 300 behind. If he plays long enough next week, he should get within striking distance.
