It's kind of funny that they're billing both a wild card play in game and 3 division series games, especially since the wild card game and the division series are the same price.

The Royals did the same thing last year. I think they do it to save for confusion when it comes to refunds for games not played.

Or, they're all rich dudes who are investing the money and making interest off it while they hold it for us.

And then I'm sure they'll just apply the refunds as a credit for next year's tickets.

You have the option.

Man, that has to be so awesome!

I remember my dad's friend in 1984 who was a STH at that time was holding his Cubs WS tickets in his hands during games 3,4,5 and then proceeded after game 5 to rip them up into a million pieces and utter out words I had never heard before.

I couldn't sleep after I opened the package last night.

I'm sure they are writing it off somehow also.

I'm still giddy about it. It's been 31 years since I last held Cubs World Series tickets in my hands. Hopefully I get to use these.

According to the Cubs’ data, the average ticket price increased more than 20 percent from 2014 to 2015 on the secondary market.

Well, that is one way to spin it, but tickets were still selling largely under face value on the secondary market. I don't think many people are making money on regular season tickets, especially after StubHub fees are accounted for.

I was about $1000 in the red (removing tickets I used). It was really slow the first 2+ months of the season.

What is everyone's relocation time?

Last year (2014) we had field boxes in our 2nd year of having the seats and iirc we had a pretty early relocation time compared to what I was seeing out there. then we moved a couple rows back to the front of terrace and i'm just wondering how much of it is existing tier and how much is tenure (they say both) since we're down a tier this year but up a year of tenure...guessing it's more tier than tenure.

anyway, our time this year is Thursday 12/10 at around 2 PM.

Mine's December 15th, late in the afternoon. Our rep told us there would be no upgrades available. We wanted to move to full package from Nights&Weekends.

Same here. We were hoping to move to fulls as well. One year too late, i guess. I'm going to be PISSED if I miss a clinching game in the playoffs due to not having the fulls now.

with the money you save on not getting fulls, you can get those playoff tickets :-k

~20 extra games at an average of $30 each =$600. That will get 1 NLDS game and maybe 1 NLCS game. That isn't even in the same stratosphere of up to 2 additional World Series Games.

Sure but that is a single season view. There are seasons you have paid for that haven't gotten you any WS games.
