I think Lee is being seen as a guess because he was the only one who threw anything during the game. He was pretty upset when he cracked his helmet.

I've been reading the story on Cubs.com. Apparently the Dodgers clubhouse staff told Hendry that it has happend 4 or 5 times this year.

Well then it is either not very strong and probably against regulations or is sitting out exposed hence easy to hit and break (I know in Indiana exposed pipes like that you have to have a special permit aka reason to have it exposed).
