i feel bad, but I want the cubs to lose. I really want to face the mets in the playoffs. Also, Sabathia, Sheets, Gallardo scares me.

If the Cubs win then the Mets would be tied with the Phils in the loss collumn and also hold the tie breaker. Do you really want to face the Phillies? I think that would be the worst case scenario. I don't really care if the Brewers win, I'll take a Dodgers matchup.

The way Myers has looked recently? Bring 'em on.

Who's a tougher matchup...phillies, brewers, or dodgers? (nlcs)

Phillies really good line up and pretty good pitching. The Brewers have health issues with their starting staff while their lineup is pretty good and the dodgers have a crappy line up with decent pitching.

Julian Tavarez pitching for the Braves...why does that guy still have a job?

Because he's on a journey to pitch for every MLB team? I don't know, there really isn't another logical explanation.

Again, please don't swear. You guys know the rules.

Thank you.

Who cares who we play first. I mean, I assume if we don't face the Phillies in the first round, we will in the second. Let's quit being scared of potential matchups and realize that WE are the team to beat.

I mostly agree, but the 5 game series lends itself to being dominated by a single starter more than a 7 gamer. Also provides a greater chance for a flukey outcome. Hamels and Santana are more of a concern than anyone the Dodgers can throw out there.

Hamels feels like an automatic L. I don't feel like that about many pitchers, either.

I'd pitch around him any time someone was on base.

Didn't we beat him in the most recent series against Philly? That was the Aramis GS game, wasn't it?

I'd rather face Hamels than Santana.

The thought of Dempster v. Santana in a decisive Game 5 makes me cringe.

he shut us down for 7 innings before the bullpen gave up 5 runs in .1 innings to lose the game.
