The SEC hasn't always been better than the Big Ten. It's cyclical. The last couple of seasons the top dog has been the SEC. Before that it was the Big Ten and prior to that probably the Big XII or ACC. In a couple of seasons it won't be the SEC, it'll probably be the ACC, in all likelihood.

I'm still tempering my enthusiasm about Penn State despite the ridiculous offense. How they handle a spread offense with a mobile QB tonight will give a better gauge on how they might be able to handle Terrelle Pryor down the road. I'm not worried about their defense against more conservative offenses like Wisconsin.

Considering the school's history, it's pretty unbelievable that PSU will probably have 3 WR's drafted in the first round or two this April

HOTTY TODDY!!!!!

- Harvin is sick nasty.

- Stupid playcalling there at the end saved Ole Miss' biscuits. Instead of going for the deep ball they should have just kept doing those 10 yd slant passes. OM had no answer for that.

- Dexter McCluster is damn fast.

- If the Rebels didn't play like fools and do stupid Howry like fumbling on the goal line against Wake and Vandy, they should be 4-0.

- Florida's defense is hella fast

- Nutt runs the "wild rebel" too much

Upset Alert

Game of the Week

I'd gladly take 1 to 5 on PSU finishing undefeated. I'd love to parlay it with OSU 2 to 19 over Minnesota and ECU 1 to 4 over Houston.

While I'm at it, separately, Georgia should beat the crap out of Bama.

Let's see: Wow at a couple of the 90+ teams looking like they will go down. A lot of the upset alerts are becoming true. It'll be interesting to see how TCU and NC State fare tonight.

if navy beats wake forest, the acc should be stripped of their bcs automatic bid.

Holy crap, it's 17-0 Navy!?!

I would be extremely surprised if they have 3 WRs drafted in the first two rounds. In fact, I bet none of them is a first rounder, and I wouldn't be surprised to see none of them go in the second or third round either. Norwood is really small, Williams has never played up to his potential, and Butler doesn't have great combine-type numbers and is small. On second thought, Williams will probably go in the 2nd or 3rd...but i'm really not sure about the other 2. Especially Norwood.

That's not to say that they aren't a great group of college wide receivers, but I don't think they're 1st/2nd round NFL talent.

Williams will be a day one pick, the other two won't be (imo, of course).
