Oh and I'll take Illinois 20 to 1 vs. PSU.

I know you said take it for what it's worth, so you're not really fully endorsing it, but don't you see a problem with basing win probabilities off of 4 games worth of data? Most of which were against scrub teams?

Piss, piss, pissing this game away with 2 missed short FGs, a missed PAT, bad punts, and a ridiculous number of costly penalties.

And to think that Villarreal was perfect before today. Right now, he can't hit anything.

Duke is up 17-3 in the 3rd quarter against Virginia.

We are looking to be getting to 3-1 overall and 1-0 in conference.

More importantly, we might have a better record than UNC.

Also, the two main differences I can see between this year and last year are the third quarter and we don't waste as many timeouts. We were the worst third quarter team in the nation last year. This year, we lead the opposition 41-7 in the third quarter, even the one touchdown came on the last play last week. Also, you could count on 2 wasted timeouts to avoid a delay of game penalty every single half. So far this year, that has been almost completely eliminated.

Bill Lynch is managing this game like a 6 year old playing Madden.

Goes for 2 in a 27-22 game in the 2nd quarter.

Now he's going for it on 4th and 12 around midfield while down 5(cause they missed the stupid 2 pointer) in the 3rd.

Ok, Lewis pooched it, so that's better, I don't understand why you bother with a move like that, how often are punts returned when punted from the 50?

IU throws a 97 yard TD pass, but a safety call in the end zone means that there is a 9 point swing on the play. Michigan State up 36-29 with a couple minutes left to go in the 3rd.

This has been one of the craziest games I have ever seen. At least 3 long TD plays, 2 safeties, and penalties on nearly every play it seems like.

Meph's most likely team to go undefeated is taking a 7 point deficit into the 4th quarter.

I don't even understand how he came up with that. Florida's offense turns the ball over often and they give up a lot of sacks.

Against a terrible team.

For those interested in watching this game it's broadcast online through yahoo.

I didn't say I thought they were the most likely team to go undefeated.

OK, how did you come up with your list? And if you didn't, who did?

BTW, Ole Piss about to punt.

His list was based off numerical data from Sagarin's predictor, or at least a reasonable facsimile thereof.

I can only imagine what USC's odds to go undefeated would have calculated as prior to last night.

No one is saying it's perfect. Besides Florida's got a less chance than Penn State once you factor in the SEC Title game - assuming the offense gets their act together. Defense has played great all season - including today. Ole Miss isn't that bad this year. They're not very good, but they aren't terrible. They only lost to #15 Wake Forest by 2 points. Their other loss was a by 6 points to #21 Vanderbilt. They won't have a great record at the end of the season, but there is a very good chance that they knock off one of Florida, Alabama, Auburn or LSU this year.

0%. Prior to the night before last night: 70.59%.

OK. I agree with pretty much all of this. This is the first time I've watched Ole Miss this season, and they look at best an 8-4 team. I can't decide if Snead is good or not just based on this game. To me, Florida has looked overrated both times I've watched them. Tennessee isn't that good, and Florida should have put at least 50 on them.
