If your going to bunt with 1 out, why not do it with Theriot and give Marquis a chance to single in a run. At least you have 2 chances instead of one and Marquis can hit pretty good.

The only person who would say something like that hasn't watched enough baseball

Why do people still think Marquis can hit? Bunting with Theriot would have been dumb. You see if he can get on base and then bunt with Marquis either way.
