Wow, I'm pretty sure my boyfriend would have dumped me if i was a Sox fan... so I guess good for you for staying with her, but you should try to switch her over to the good side... ALSO, my boyfriend and I both took off work for some important games and will call in "sick" if we need to. If I had a brian tumor that had to be removed, I would insist that ElectronBlue keep on top of the game for me. OH and Nebraska-Mizzou... that was just a bad experience last year. Of course EB made us have both TV's on the games... I really don't want to have to go through that this year. Football just isn't that important.

I also think we have the potential to be a powerful team... but when no one can stay healthy, it's hard for them to go and shine.

I think this will be a learning experience -- I am sad to see Gallagher and Murton leave, but i think this will be good for them as individuals -- even if we would have kept them, they couldn't have gotten the playing time they deserve. But.... the Cub's blue looked so much better on Murton than this black business... he needs something that brings out his bright red hair!!!!!!

Exactly. While it is outside their "realm of obligations" the gesture would be nice... but Derwood makes a good point. The gesture wouldn't make much of an impact. And even if they're not outwardly showing it... I'm sure the team has been talking about it amongst themselves.
