because he's one of the most annoying people to ever be born

What does he do that's annoying? I'm honestly curious. I'm not from Chicago. It seems like if one wanted to avoid him it'd be pretty simple when the crowds are normally in excess of ~40k a game.

What's not so easy to avoid are the yells of "Woo!" from the thousand or so people around him whenever he starts it up. (And yes, I admit I've actually been one of those people.)

It's impossible to be in his vicinity and not know about it. Casual fans think he's so cool and a celebrity when really he's a former bum who wears Cubs jerseys all day and says "Woo" a lot.

 

He's also quite a boozer. I've seen him stumbling around the outskirts of Wrigleyville at 2-3 am quite a few times. Not that its a reason to hate him, but its a reason not like him.

He does NOT get free tickets to every game. The tickets he gets are from other fans. He is a giant pain in the butt. Plus he's a prick to everyone who works there.

Wow thats amazing. When watching his video, I was actually marveling at how "with it" he is for being 100 years old. You should be proud. Does he live in a nursing home?

As a fan who's been tormented at a few games by Ronnie's constant Woo-Wooing, count me as one of the certain people who hate him. The only time I like him is when he occasionally goes missing.

No. In fact he still lives alone although they have someone that comes in to clean. He still does his own taxes and writes a column for the Notre Dame alumni association newsletter.
