Andrew Cashner Promoted to Daytona

The Idaho Statesman[/url]"]Right-hander Andrew Cashner has been promoted to the Cubs’ Class A team in Peoria, Ill. Cashner, the 13th overall draft pick in 2008, is expected to start for Peoria on Friday.

BoiseHawks.com[/url]"]The Hawks made four roster moves prior to the game - as Marcus Hatley and Israel Camacaro were sent to Mesa for medical evaluation, while Mesa Cubs pitchers Cedric Redmond and Manolin DeLeon were promoted to Boise.

Wowza, I missed that. I guess we should be happy the Statesman got Cashner's name right.
