Zambrano>Snell. Cubs>Pirates. This is not to say that its impossible for the Pirates top steal one from us, but it does say that we should win this game. I dont care how good Snells been lately. I dont care how good Ryan Doumit and Nate McClouth are. We have a better team, top to bottom. Win.

So, in other words, the Cubs should win every game they play vs. the NL the rest of the year? They do have the best team top to bottom in the league, right?

Well, technically they should, on a one by one basis.

Cubs will go 162-0 in 2009.

You heard it here.

Now everyone will blame me when they go 22-140.

It's kind of mind-blowing how much better we are than the rest of the league.

It's one of the better things in the world. Right up there with puppies and sliced bread.

Now THIS is a thing of beauty. This being said, watch him limit us to 1 run, a solo shot by Big Z.

Its a Cub fan thing. We could be up by 5 in game 7 of the World Series with nobody on, 2 outs and 2 strikes and be thinking now how will we blow this one.

Let's kick the fornicating posterior of these really mean and constantly complaing women.

This is much more fun than the blatant cursing.*

Don't you think?

*Not that I have a problem with cursing. I actually rather enjoy it. Especially when it's babies doing the cursing in movies.

EDIT: Oh, and Go Cubs!

I considered adding that to my post but I didn't want to come off pessimistic. That does scare me though.

A black cat named Bartman will cause a ball to go through Derrek Lee's legs and then get lost in the lights.

I won't believe it until the final out is recorded and I'm drunk from all the celebrating. Actually, maybe not until the next day when I wake up with the most massive hangover ever.

I'm scarred that way. Give me a break I can't help it.

I'll be reading the paper all week waiting to see if Bud Selig nullified the win yet.

It stinks that if (when?) we run into Webb, Haren, and Johnson, there is a very good chance that this whole amazing season could very well amount to squat.

It's probable that that'll happen regardless of who we face. We're just one of 8.

Given one team or the field, gotta take the field.

Knowing that, just enjoy the ride and hope it happens.

True, but I like our chances against anyone else in the NL except Arizona.
