Bush league? LOL, okay?

But yeah, your allowed to have your own opinion, regardless of how wrong it is.

A little bold for a Brewer's fan on this board methinks.

He was simply saying teams get a little more geared up to play the Cubs because of all the hype in comparison to say, the Cards this year, who weren't expected to even be .500.

Because being a Brewer fan has anything to do with that.. But ok.

How did Fukudome get his 3 RBI?

He's heating up. That's always good.

Sac fly (not far from a homer), and a bases loaded single.

Yep. And the next time you have an opinion that's off color from the rest of the board I'll show you the respect of NOT cutting and pasting it into the busiest thread so I can have the most fun laughing at someone.

I wish others would do the same, but I guess I expect too much.

I didnt mean anything by it, I just read it and laughed to myself. And then saw the score of the game and laughed again.

I didn't mean anything by it, just more of a laugh. Im sorry.

I see he has 2 hits tonight, too. I hope his bat stays hot the rest of the way.

ok, being a Brewer fan has nothing to do with your perspective on the situation. Really, I believe you.

I was surprised the MODS! let that sail. Considering it was in a totally different thread.

Why is your username honoring a player who plays for a division rival? I've always wondered that. I mean I know he played for the Brewers, but that was like 3 years ago.

It really doesn't. Alot of Cub fans agreed that a team would play hard regardless of the team they are playing.

Ball and Glove is a cool Brewers fan.

Usually he's very insightful and even keeled when talking about the 2 teams, but he's just wrong here.

Yup, and I actually like the fact that there is friendly banter between the fans of both teams here in general. FWIW, I don't think ELCABALLO was trying to start anything. Just pointing out the fact that the rotation juggle was immaterial for today's purposes.

These are the types of days I think about how far away I thought we were in 2006. I lost hope that year and really couldn't picture the Cubs being successful anytime in the next 5 years. Please everyone on this board, whether you are an optimist, pessimist, casual fan or die hard, take a few moments during the last couple months of the season, and appreciate how awesome this is, because most of us have never experienced this in our lives, and might not again for awhile (at least this level of awesomeness).

Regardless of how this season plays out, I am going to buy the DVD of the season recap because it is that special. That would be the first DVD I have bought in 4 years, but the Cubs are so special I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Where do you buy those?

I am sure the team comes out with some season highlights after the completion of the season of course. When it will come out, I am not sure, but I swear I have seen it offered before...

Actually, there's gonna be something better than that this year.

A documentary crew has been following the team and documenting the season since ST because they had decided to chronicle the Cubs and the 100 years thing. What an awesomely perfect year for that.

I created that name on Brewerfan.net when he was a Brewer, and when I came here I just kept it.

I didn't come into this thread to start a fight (even tho it looks like everyone wants to throw fists at me)

I was just pointing out that a team like the Pirates are playing exactly the same as they were against the Brewers.
