Oh, good heavens. Omar Infante batting cleanup? :-& I don't care that the Brewers are down now, I can't see the Braves putting up nine innings of resistance. I'm going to go ahead and assume that they'll be 4 GB to create some suspense.

What's the word on Chipper? Will the two weeks be enough to get his hamstring in shape for the Cubs' series?

and the game is probably going to go to the Brewers the Braves won't score any more runs I'm sure and Fiedler just tied it with his 24th homer and a solo shot. Tied and Brewers probably win :(

And Jason Kendall doubles in the go ahead run solid .247 batting average against a 6.50 ERA pitcher what can ya do. Brewers 2-1 game over.

Hopefully the Cards drop one to the Phils.

Big enough for 3 women Prince Fiedler hits his 2nd homer this time a 2 run bomb 4-1 Brewers game over just like it was when it was 2-1 but now they are just tacking some extra ones on.

I was gonna say that Looper was pitching for the Cards today, so they might actually lose.

Then I realized they scored 5 off of Hamels yesterday, so I'm sure they'll score at least 35 off of Blanton.

Brewers can't win at home, and can't lose on the road...

Baseball makes no sense to me sometimes.

I don't think it's too hard to make sense of losing 4 to the best team in the NL, then turning around and beating one of the worst teams in the NL a couple times in a row ('cuz after all the trades n' injuries, the Braves are now surely one of the NL's worst).

I'm looking at the Crew's upcoming schedule. It's incredibly easy so the Brewers should be an auto-win machine all month long.

I think he is trying to pretend that we aren't very good.

Whether we're very good or not, we're still better than the Brewers...probably by a significant margin.

Yeah, I am aware of this, but Brewers fans don't want to hear or believe it.

HUH?

All I said was that the Brewers sweep the Giants in SF, Sweep a pretty good STL team in STL.

Come home, drop 2 out of 3 to the Astros and then get 4 game swept by the Cubs.

Go back on the road and win the first 2 games in Atlanta.

I have NO idea how you try to turn that around to make it seem like im saying the Cubs are not very good.

And I don't care who we are playing on the road, winning on the road is a hard thing to do. (Like last year for the Brewers)

So again, It amazes me that you try to turn that around.

if the cubs aren't very good then pretty much nobody in MLB is very good. i guess that's an argument joe morgan would make though (i.e., everyone is mediocre, there are no great teams any more)
