It pisses me off when Lou does this. He'll leave a starter in for about 120 pitches in a game where the starter shouldn't still be in the game, then is forced to pull him early in his next start when he actually should still be in the game. He's already done it with Zambrano, Dempster, and now Gallagher this season.
