Additional bah.

Nick Stavinoah just got an RBI for the Cardinals

Honestly, WHO?

Well, it was a mixed bag outing for Marshall. He looked good the first time through. He struggled some, but not too much the second time throug, but the third time through they hit him well.

Not sure if that was because he tired or because they just had gotten a good look at him.

Damn it would have been nice if Marshall could have gotten through 5 with only 3 allowed for his confidence and Lou's. I thought he pitched pretty well tonight. Some bad luck and bad location on a few pitches just cost him those last two innings.

Looks like the Zambrano injury is already paying dividends for the Brewers and Cardinals. Meanwhile the post-Pujols Cardinal offense is scoring plenty of runs.

Completely different pitcher the second time around. Anyway, in some good news, Samardzija had a scoreless first :D

Samardzija is nowhere near being ready for AAA, let alone MLB. Why they keep promoting him is beyond me.

Really? You think Zambrano would shut them completely out? Because we only have 1 run now.

His last 5 starts in AA were pretty good if I remember correctly. Why not give him a shot at AAA?

I don't think we'd be down by 3. Do you?
