What's with the disparity in the polls? UCLA is 6 in the ESPN/USA Today but only 11 in the AP.

 

Oh well, polls are meaningless. Big game on Thursday in Tempe...and it will be on the WWL so the national audience will be watching.

Illinois might have 1 or 2 losses playing in the Big 12. It's just bad.

 

Not to say the performance this season from Mizzou isn't good or unexpected, but, man it'd be nice to play that schedule just to get a high seed in the tourney.

Yeah, I really don't think Mizzou deserves to be higher than Illinois. When I saw that I knew some people here would think it was garbage, so I'm just giving you all a hard time.

 

I'm still not entirely convinced we'll make the tourney, so.

If we win or lose a close one tonight I'll feel pretty good that we'll get in. If we get blown out, I fear the Mizzou Meltdown.

I'm pretty convinced, especially with the way Texas has fallen off a cliff.

 

I really want to see Mizzou win tonight. I'd like to see Oklahoma win the Big 12 outright, and I don't think OU will go undefeated in conference play.

I'll be very surprised/pleased if KU can pull this one out. We looked lost @ Arizona and @ MSU, the two toughest road environments we've gone to. And while Mizzou Arena isn't packed or loud for most teams, it's a zoo against KU. I think we'll struggle.
