still haven't figured out why nsbb has an illegal roster for tonight's games.

Probably cuz he made his move after lineups had to be submitted for today, and then has until tomorrow's lineup to decide what to do to make it legal again. Just a guess though.. He really probably doesn't have to drop anyone until lineups have to be submitted tomorrow. The problem here would be if he made his transaction today before lineups had to be submitted for the day. In that case, I'd guess he's illegal tonight. It doesn't look that way to me though. Looks like he'll have Morrow for tomorrow since he just picked him up today, and just has to make his lineup legal by gametime tomorrow.

sorry, I guess I assumed lineups had been set. Considering I didn't make a change and I'll get it straightened by tomorrow, I don't see that I gained any competitive advantage.

btw - with Putz on the DL to start the week, can I still swap him out now that I have another reliever? Or should I wait until next week to make that change?

the mariners are last in MLB in OPS vs. righties AND OPS on the road. the cubs are first in MLB in OPS vs. lefties AND OPS at home. so i'm clearly making the right choice to start campillo (a righty) against the mariners in atlanta and bench danks (a lefty) against the cubs at wrigley, right? i mean, it couldn't be any clearer...right?

Interleague play throws all numbers out of whack. Chase Utley sucked vs. Boston. Webb, Halladay and Zambrano sucked this week. I never trust numbers in interleague play.
