Bruce Miles[/url]"]Right-handed phenom Jose Ceda, who made a splash at spring training, has gone to the bullpen at Class A Daytona, and Cubs people say his velocity has spiked up into the mid- to upper 90s (mph) as a result. A promotion to Class AA Tennessee could be coming soon for Ceda.

Phew, for a second there I thought that was kilometers, and I was really worried.

Ceda is best suited as a reliever. I'd like him to continue to get starter's innings, but he could be ready in the not too distant future as a RP.

ugh, shouldn't someone be able to fix this?

i don't hear about any kind of adjustments or tweaks or anything in between starts (doesn't mean they don't happen, i guess). it's almost like they just keep throwing him out there, hoping it'll fix itself.
