Taking Gallagher out after 89 pitches is a great way to save the pen Lou.

 

He's had a few 100+ pitch outings lately and he wasn't flashing his best stuff tonight. It's a good move.

 

He looked as good as I've seen him all year. The only rough inning was due to a bunch of cheap hits.
