Argh, lucky hit.

 

You serious? It was a belt high fastball right down the middle that was scorched. It would have been a basehit up the middle anyways.

 

DeRosa was positioned perfectly to get that one if it got through. Moreover, if Gallagher picked that, that likely would have been 2.

Well, there's no way sean could have had that, but yeah, Derosa was about 6 feet from second base, which is why the bounce off of sean was unplayable to begin with

You're staked a 3-0 lead....all you have to do is pitch to each batter and stop walking/falling behind.....Pitching 101.

Like I said earlier, that slow curve in the strike zone will get him killed.

 

 

Anytime your pitch doesn't break it's going to get killed. That was definatley a mistake.
